Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery (per carrier tracking).
- Products must be unused, undamaged, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt) is required.
- Apparel/footwear must have unbroken hygiene seals (if applicable) and no signs of use.

2. Return Process
Follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Contact customer service (support@shopping.adinakaiymova.com) with your order number, product details, and return reason. shopping.adinakaiymova.com (hereinafter referred to as the "We","Us" or"Our") will issue an RMA number within 1-2 business days (valid for 7 days).
- Receive prepaid shipping label (U.S. orders) and packaging instructions via email. International orders require self-paid shipping (reimbursed if return is our error).
- Package securely with order confirmation/RMA note, attach the shipping label.
- Drop off at carrier location, retain tracking number. We will inspect and process within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Exchange Details
Exchanges are for in-stock items of the same value. Specify size/color/style in your return request. We’ll ship replacements free (U.S. orders) after inspecting the returned item. If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Price differences for higher/lower value items will be invoiced or partially refunded.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the item/packaging, and issue description. We’ll review within 1 business day and arrange for free replacement, full refund (including shipping fees), or repair. Small items may qualify for immediate replacement without return.
Damage from improper use or mishandling is not covered. We reserve the right to request additional verification for claims.
